Keepers of the Tradition
Keepers of the Tradition is a collaboration between portrait artist Leslie Gregg and author Michael Abraham to present portraits of contemporary Appalachian people who are pursuing the avocations and occupations of their parents and grandparents. The book contains a dozen stories and portraits, lavishly augmented with photos of them and their interests and localities.
